NAMIBIA
Namibia is a country in southern Africa. Its western border is the Atlantic Ocean; it shares land borders with Zambia and Angola to the north, Botswana to the east and South Africa to the south and east. Namibia gained independence from South Africa on 21 March 1990, following the Namibian War of Independence. Its capital and largest city is Windhoek.
Namibia is the driest country in Sub-Saharan Africa and was inhabited since early times by different groups. You will discover this beautiful desert and you might take time to listen to the silence or to your soul. Also immerse yourself in the past at one of the Africa’s richest rock art sites, and watch wildlife shimmer against one of the most spectacular pans on earth.
