Before leaving, make a checklist to make sure you have not forgotten anything.

We recommend that you constantly monitor your personal belongings, because a loss or theft can ruin your vacation.

Carry your passport and travel documents, and also keep copies of the same in different places.

Your email is accessible to a hotel or an internet cafe, you can use a safe for copies of important documents (i.e. to the attachments of an email):
- Copy of passport or identity card. This fill assist any formalities at the Embassy in case of a loss.
- Copy of license
- Copy of vaccination
- Copies of airline tickets
- Copies of your itinerary and vouchers
- Copy of your travel insurance contract and phone number in case of problems
- Copy the address of your embassy in the country visited and phone number
- Copies of your important phone numbers in case you lose your phone/mobile
- Copies of your loyalty cards hotels and airlines
- Copy numbers for opposition on your credit card in case of loss or theft - also note the number of your credit card may be encoded (you need to memorize the security code, or pin/secret code and the date of expiration).

Keep with you the contact numbers/adresses of the agent (if any) and hotels.
