Liechtenstein enjoys a position in the heart of Europe on the banks of the Rhine between Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Its area is just over 160 square kilometres (62 square miles), and it has an estimated population of 35,000.

Vaduz is the capital with its famous castle located on a hillside overlooking the city.  The castle is the symbol of Vaduz and the residence of the Princely Family.
